Cuttlefish spaghetti in black ink.


For one serving I need:
150,gr. of cuttle Fish  

I cut the cuttle fish into pieces and let them cook in a pre-prepared  soffritto (chopped onion and bit of garlic fried on a low heat); at its half cooking  I add a sprinkle of white wine and  the ink black that laid  inside the cuttle fish. I let the whole cook further. At the right time I add the pasta (Spaghetti), mixing the ingredients and moving the pan.  As last touch I add some chopped parsley and the dish is ready to be served
